CBHH is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to hylane GmbH (“hylane”) on a strategic investment by Palladio Partners.
Palladio Partners, the largest independent German infrastructure investor, has acquired a significant stake in hylane, one of Europe's leading zero-emission truck leasing companies. DEVK Rückversicherungs- und Beteiligungs-AG RE, hylane's sole shareholder since its inception in 2021, will remain meaningfully invested. In the coming years, Palladio Partners will support hylane's growth with further investments, enabling the company to expand its zero-emission truck fleet with a total investment volume in the triple-digit million euro range and strengthen its position as a leading provider of emission-free transport solutions.
CBHH provided comprehensive fundraising and investment banking advice, including strategic positioning, investor approach and management, transaction structuring, as well as due diligence management and negotiations.
