CBHH is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to inexogy GF GmbH (“inexogy”) on a strategic investment by Techem.
The partnership, which envisages a total investment of €320 million, is set to accelerate the digital transformation of the German energy market by fast-tracking the national smart meter rollout, targeting the deployment of 1.5 million devices within the next five years.
inexogy is Germany’s leading competitive metering point operator, providing full-service solutions for the installation, management, and operation of smart meter gateways. Techem’s investment will enable inexogy to scale its operations significantly and establish itself as the leading independent provider of smart metering solutions in Germany.
CBHH provided comprehensive fundraising and M&A advice, including strategic positioning, tactical advice regarding investor approach and management, transaction structuring, as well as due diligence management and negotiations.
